SAH has received the Best Project Design Award for the Sayyid Tarik bin Taimur Cultural Complex at the 14th Dossier Construction Awards & Summit 2026.
The award was presented during a ceremony held at Sheraton Oman Hotel on 30 September 2026, bringing together leading organisations and professionals from Oman’s construction and real-estate sectors.

Located in Airport Heights, Muscat, the Sayyid Tarik bin Taimur Cultural Complex brings together major cultural and public facilities within one integrated development.
The project includes the National Theatre, National Library, National Archives and a range of cultural, educational and public spaces. Its scale and technical complexity require close coordination across design, engineering, construction and specialist disciplines.
