Sayyid Tarik bin Taimur Cultural Complex

The SAH–SML Joint Venture is delivering the Sayyid Tarik Bin Taimur Cultural Complex for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth. This design and build project brings together major cultural facilities, including the National Theatre, National Library and National Archives, alongside spaces for arts, cinema and public activities. The scope spans civil construction, electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing and the external infrastructure that connects the complex, including roads, hardscaping and landscaping.
