This guide explains how to register with SAH and take part in upcoming project opportunities. Please read it before submitting your registration.
1. Create Your Account
Register your company through the SAH Subcontractor Portal. You will receive login details to manage your profile, upload documents and view available opportunities.
2. Prepare Your Documents
Please have the following ready in PDF format:
- Commercial Registration (CR) certificate
- Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry membership certificate
- Tax card / VAT registration certificate
- Company profile, including key projects and client references
- HSE policy and relevant safety records
- Quality certifications (such as ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001), if available
- Insurance certificates (third-party liability and workmen’s compensation), if required at registration
- Riyada or SME registration certificate, if applicable
3. Complete Your Profile
Select your trade categories and areas of expertise, such as civil works, MEP, finishing or infrastructure. Accurate information helps us match your company to suitable project packages.
4. Review and Approval
Our procurement team reviews each registration. We may contact you for additional information or clarification. Approved companies are added to SAH’s subcontractor database.
5. View and Respond to Opportunities
Once approved, you can view current project packages and submit your interest or quotation through the portal.
