A New Project for SAH

SAH Engineering & Construction LLC (SAH) has been awarded the construction of the Rehabilitation Complex for Persons with Disabilities and Elderly Care Home at Sultan Haitham City.

The agreement was signed during Urban October 2026, held at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre. The event brought together government entities, developers, consultants and industry partners to support the next stage of Oman’s urban development.

Creating an Inclusive Care Environment

The development will provide purpose-built facilities designed to support rehabilitation, care and community inclusion.

The Rehabilitation Complex will offer a range of services for persons with disabilities, including assessment, multidisciplinary diagnosis, vocational rehabilitation, occupational and physical therapy, speech and language therapy, behavioural support, daily-living skills training and family guidance. The project is planned to serve approximately 360 beneficiaries.

Part of Sultan Haitham City’s Vision

With a built-up area of approximately 28,000 square metres, the project forms part of the wider development of Sultan Haitham City and its network of community-focused facilities.

Its award reflects the importance placed on accessible infrastructure and integrated services that respond to the needs of different members of society.

Building with Purpose

SAH is proud to contribute its construction and engineering experience to a project with meaningful social value.

Our teams look forward to working closely with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, project stakeholders and delivery partners to complete the development safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
